ChopSizzlePop is about claiming the life you love and living it fully.

Many years ago, I lost my sweet son to an incurable condition and everything I knew changed forever. After facing my fears, self-discovery, and many tears—I decided that the only way to move forward was to rebuild my life around things that I love.

I co-founded and launched ChopSizzlePop in 2010, with Troy Amber of TLAstudio.com, with a 10-week working organic farm tour through Northern Italy. Together we harvested olives, stomped on grapes, and make stinky cheese—all of which appears on CSP-TV and in the archives. Next, I moved to New York City to following my dream. I became Editorial Director of a food journal the Rosengarten Report, and am now thrilled to say that I’m finally making my dream happen! I’m creating and hosting my own food shows as Executive Producer & Host of web series following NYC’s top chefs and sommeliers on Wine4Food.com.

If you are on a quest for the life that you love or savor life through your taste buds—you have come to the right place. Scroll through our tabs for chef recommendations, recipes, and a web series on Italian food traditions (CSP-TV).

To life,
Carole Mac
