Introducing Chef Tom Fleming. Tom came to Columbus from Dallas, Texas to offer his culinary excellence at the SPAGIO event and help raise money for the palliative care and hospice program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
With his larger than life personality and warm demeanor, Tom has a lot of fun in the kitchen. It’s clear that the chefs at this event have developed long-standing friendships as I listen to their amiable chatter.
Tom graduated from Kendall College and his experiences include studying at Paul Bocuse and L’Auberge de L’ill in France, working with his mentor Chef Jean Joho in Chicago and acting as Executive Chef at Old Hickory Steakhouse and Riviera in Dallas, to name a few. Tom is currently the Chef/Owner of Crossroads Diner.
Crossroads is a traditional diner serving chef inspired comfort food. Be sure to check it out next time you are in Dallas. I hear the sticky buns are to die for.
