On our quest for the BEST food in the world, Troy and I have found that the experts know best. Chefs as well as other food experts such as editors, reviewers, writers and bloggers have discerning palates and keep their fingers on the pulse of the tastiest food around.
This is why we developed the Chef Rec tab on this blog—your source for the inside scoop on chef/expert favorites.
Chef Recs are your path to the BEST restaurants, ethnic spots, pizza joints, hidden gems and farmers markets around the world. Use it as a resource when you are planning a trip, visiting a friend or just want a new place to try in your neighborhood.
It’s also a great place to go for dinner party and meal ideas as well as what kitchen tools to use at home. In the meantime, you can get to know the BEST chefs in the business, so that you can taste their food too.
We hope you enjoy hearing directly from the experts. They really do know BEST.
Next we showcase the generous chefs who helped make SPAGIO’s Celebration of Wine, Food and Dining with the Stars such a success (in alphabetical order).
Each one of these chefs traveled to Columbus, Ohio to give their time, resources and energy to help raise money for the palliative care and hospice program of Nationwide Children’s Hospital. They deserve an enormous thank you.
Up first, we introduce Chef Bill Bradley. Bill has developed his career on both coasts including opening the Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone Napa Valley campus, becoming Executive Chef of the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant, opening Bricco in Boston’s Italian North End as well as many other acclaimed restaurants. He currently serves as an Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Check out Bill’s Chef Rec now to see his BEST recommendations around Boston, California, New York and beyond. He even found a new favorite while he was here in Columbus—Stauf’s coffee.
