With biting eight degree temperatures and a blanket of snow, it’s the perfect time to share a bowl of steamy soup.
As we mentioned before, we are welcomed to the Rampon family household with homemade egg and pasta soup. It is Giorgio’s family recipe. He tells us stories of his mother boiling this soup all day long on their wood stove. Pure comfort.
This soup is made with beef stock, egg, tiny pasta and lots of Parmigiano-Reggiano. Giorgio serves it with bubbly Lambrusco wine and we are all warmed from the inside out.
