Housed in Willie and Charlotte’s Cantina (as seen in the CSP-TV Agriturismo Due Papaveri webisode) this rosemary and garlic salt is a constant in their gourmet restaurant.
During dinner service preparations we witness Charlotte rub Sale di Mama across rabbit before searing, dash it over tomatoes before roasting and sprinkle it over ricotta filled puff pastry just before serving. It is a delightful substitution for salt.
