Most of you are familiar with Certified Master Chef Hartmut Handke. He is one of the finest chefs Columbus has ever seen. His credentials speak for themselves as he has been awarded 36 national and international gold medals, ACF Culinarian of the Year in 1989, Chef of the Year in 1993, placed higher than any other American at the Bocuse d’Or and his former restaurant Handke’s Cuisine is in the “Fine Dining Hall of Fame” (Nation’s Restaurant News).
Now retired, Chef Handke comes out to cook for the SPAGIO event each year. His food is delightful.
