Due Papaveri’s Parmesan & Balsamic Vinegar (party bites)

COOK TIME/PREP TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound of Parmigiano-Reggiano (aged one year)
3 tablespoons traditional balsamic vinegar (aged 12+ years)

PREPARATION:
Break cheese into bite sized crumbles with a knife. Spoon balsamic vinegar on each piece and stick with a toothpick for easy delivery.

This recipe is a fast appetizer or cocktail party pleaser. You can also top the Parmigiano-Reggiano with balsamic jam for a unique twist (balsamic jam).
